I haven't been to a dentist in over 15 years. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and not stressed. I was super nervous but they all understood and were very patient. I had a cleaning, filling and bite guard made. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process. Receptionists are very friendly. The place is very clean. The hygienists were amazing and fun. Highly recommend. And the Doc is very knowledgeable and kind. As someone who hasn't been in over 15 years remember. :)

I completely trust Dr. Jake and his wonderful assistant Meriam for my dental needs. I've only been a few times but they have shown me just how much they care about their patients needs and I am greatly appreciative of their expertise and knowledge and attention to detail...but mostly for their compassion. Very easy to give them five stars and the entire staff is extremely pleasant and cheerful <3

I had such a great experience with Dr. Jake and the entire team. I originally went in for a chipped tooth, and Dr. Jake repaired it beautifully while thoroughly explaining every step of the process and the reasoning behind his decisions. I really appreciated how clear, informative, and detail-oriented he was. I came back for a cleaning and another filling, and once again, his work was incredibly precise and thorough. Beyond doing amazing dental work, he consistently prioritized my comfort and made me feel at ease throughout every appointment. He’s personable, professional, and absolutely worth the drive. The front desk and hygienist team were also wonderful- kind, welcoming, and very helpful every time I came in. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

I had a dental appointment at Macomb Dental Group on Thursday, May 21st and I honestly left feeling relieved and grateful. From the moment I walked in, everyone there was so inviting and welcoming that it immediately eased my anxiety. I have searched high and low for an exceptional dental office with great bedside manners and genuinely good vibes overall, and this place is it. Dr. Jake kept a sincere smile on his face the entire time and made me feel comfortable instead of rushed or judged. Ms. Lorena at the front desk was incredibly friendly and professional — not only with me, but with my daughter as well. My daughter explained to me how Ms. Lorena helped her make her first appointment while I was being seen, and she mentioned how the conversation didn’t feel synthetic or forced, but truly genuine. That really stood out to me. The ladies who did my X-rays were also so polite, patient, and careful because I was having a bit of pain. That level of compassion means a lot. I truly appreciate these amazing humans because it seems like so many other dental offices care more about upselling and money than they do about the patient experience. My second visit to Macomb Dental Group was just as outstanding as my first experience! After visiting many dental offices over the years and often feeling disappointed, it is truly refreshing to find a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients. Once again, everyone at Macomb Dental Group made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued from the moment I walked in. The office continues to impress me with how clean, modern, and organized everything is. The staff is always professional, friendly, and attentive. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and stress-free. The hygienist was gentle, patient, and very caring throughout the cleaning process, making the visit comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Doku once again took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the progress of my treatment plan. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out. Lorena was also amazing as always.
